Hi, I am not sure what to say but here is an interesting fact about me. You might think I am a software developer or a programmer or perhaps someone who works in the IT industry. The funny thing is that I am none of this and I don't even use PDFBox or use PDF files apart from the occasional conversion of files to the PDF format at work. My day to day work involves no programming or even anything remotely to do with IT - yes, I am a non-IT worker. But I have always loved programming (I completed my studies in computers and developed Java apps for a while) and this website is my feeble attempt to say connected with something that I have always loved - Java programming. I hope to become a full time programmer someday but meanwhile, I enjoy the freedom of learning something for the joy of learning - in this case the PDF specification. Steve |
